About the role

As a Routing Operations Specialist, your core responsibility is to ensure the seamless flow of traffic, maintain the accuracy of critical data in our systems, and implement strategies that enhance the profitability of our business

This role actively engages in operational routing, manages pricing, supports pre-sales activities, and addresses quality-related escalations. Success in the Routing domain hinges on your ability to comprehend both the technical and commercial aspects of the A2P Messaging business, coupled with efficient task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Operational Routing and Route Testing: Skilfully manage operational routing processes and conduct thorough route testing to maintain optimal traffic flow.
• Pricing Management: Oversee pricing strategies and mechanisms to ensure competitive advantage and profitability.
• Traffic Analysis and Reporting: Analyse traffic patterns and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
• Resolution of QoS Escalations: Actively resolve and address quality-related escalations to maintain service excellence.
• Resolution of Billing Disputes: Handle billing disputes promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and accurate invoicing.
• Integration of New Customer and Supplier Accounts: Facilitate the seamless integration of new customer and supplier accounts into our systems.
• Central Liaison and Key Internal Stakeholder: Serve as the central point of contact for crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Support, Finance, Carrier and DEV teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Candidate requirements

• 1+ year of experience in A2P SMS field.
• University degree in Telecommunications, Computer sciences or Business.
• Proven fast learner with a self-starter mentality.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Interest in technology and telecommunication ecosystem.
